Independence. Education. Opportunity.

The Rockford House is located in a beautiful neighborhood called The Highlands. This 2006 ranch-style home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Decorated with vibrant colors and lots of recreational equipment- this home truly lives up to our motto of “keep it moving!” Currently, The Rockford House houses all male occupants.

Something exciting about the Rockford House is that it’s the headquarters of the Lawn Rangers- which is a group of residents who share in the landscaping and maintenance duties. The Lawn Rangers is one of many ways in which our residents have the opportunity to learn vocational skills to further their independence and self-confidence

Located in the northwest suburbs of Grand Rapids, Maplerow House is a 1979 handicap-accessible ranch with many updates. The large kitchen and dining area host many afternoons of crafts and cooking- our MapleRow residents are known for providing baked goodies to all the rest of our homes! Maplerow also features an enormous fenced-in backyard that allows for many outdoor activities in the summer and winter.

Our Maplerow residents are also lucky enough to live near the many trails of Kent County- so adventure and group outings are never in short supply. Maplerow is one of our co-ed homes.

Resident Kitchen

Our Richview House is also located in a northwest suburb of Grand Rapids- just a short distance from our Maplerow House! This beautiful ranch, built in 1992 has five bedrooms, three baths, and a beautiful backyard with a pool. Richview is an all-female house- and they are known as the ultimate party planners and social directors of the bunch! In the warm months, Richview’s pool is always a good excuse to get all the residents together to have some fun in the sun.

Our Fresh Start house is a cozy cabin-like spot located in Cannonsburg, MI. The home is newly renovated with all new siding and updated living areas. The house is on 4 acres and connected to many trails that the residents take advantage of! As of Spring 2022, Fresh Start will also be the home of the Enriched Living chicken coop- an enjoyable and educational experience for our animal-loving friends.

Fresh Start is an all-male house, and we love the uniqueness of each of our Fresh Start residents!

Located in Howard City, a short drive north of Grand Rapids, the Legion house is a four-bedroom, two-bath ranch-style home. In 2020, this handicap accessible how was built with modern finishes, and is an open concept floor plan which is fantastic for resident activities! The home is situated on 3.5 acres, which our residents take advantage of daily! There is no shortage of fresh air up at Legion.

Our residents love to have campfires and are often joined by their friends at Barso Acres, also located in Howard City. The Legion House is a co-ed residence.

Barso Acres is Enriched Living’s newest home and largest one to date! This beautiful home is located on a country road in Howard City. Barso Acres sits on 15 acres of wooded lands, farm fields, and flowers. Barso is our largest residential home with 12 beds and is a coed residence.

Residents are never out of things to look at and explore- as the property boasts a reflection pond, vegetable garden, wildlife, and much more. Morel hunting is a favorite activity up there, as well as the aforementioned campfires with Legion!

Enriched Living named Barso Acres in honor of Matthew Barsamian.

We are nothing without our residents and staff, and it is with that gratitude in mind that our EL Headquarters space was envisioned and redesigned in 2021! With arcade games, plenty of space for crafting and socializing, as well as housing our corporate office- the EL Headquarters was designed to bring us all together.

A testament to our open-door policy- it is not uncommon to have meetings going in one room, while a group of people enjoy the pool table out in the lobby. Inviting and fun, our headquarters is a place where everyone is welcome!
